You may request deletion of the personal data GuavaTex holds about you, including any information obtained through Facebook or other Meta platforms, or through Google Business Profile.
Your account, profile details, appointment history, and any data received through Meta or Google integrations are permanently removed. Records we are required to retain for tax or legal purposes are kept in de-identified form only.
If your business connected a Google Business Profile to GuavaTex, you can disconnect it at any time from the GuavaTex dashboard under Settings → Google Business Profile. Disconnecting immediately deletes the stored authorization tokens and any cached Google review data for that profile.
You may also revoke GuavaTex's access directly from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access there stops all further data access; to also remove data already cached by GuavaTex, email us using the request process above.
Deleting data from GuavaTex does not delete anything from Google. Reviews and replies remain on your Google Business Profile and are managed through Google.
If your business connected a Meta (Facebook / Instagram) ad account to GuavaTex, you can disconnect it at any time from the GuavaTex dashboard under Ad Tracking → Facebook ad account → Disconnect. Disconnecting immediately deletes the stored access token and the campaign statistics (spend, impressions and clicks) GuavaTex read from that ad account.
GuavaTex only reads these statistics. It never creates, changes or pauses ads. Deleting data from GuavaTex does not change anything in your Meta ad account.
You can also revoke access at any time from Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites) → select GuavaTex or GuavaTex Booking Online → Remove. Revoking access there stops all further data access; to also remove data already stored by GuavaTex, use Disconnect in the dashboard or email us using the request process above.
